Is it approved by airlines? +

Most major airlines allow family comfort aids. It’s at the crew’s discretion on the few that don’t, but we’ve rarely had reports of it not being allowed as most cabin crew are lovely and child friendly.

Is the cushion easy to carry? +

How do I clean it? +

What are your shipping options and costs? +

We offer FREE standard delivery worldwide.

UK - 2 working days service

US - 3-5 working days service

EU - 5-7 working days service

Rest Of World - 8-10 working days service

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day and are sent tracked.

If your order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom or United States, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that you, the customer, will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country as your local government determines duty and customs charges.

Do you offer express shipping? +

How can I track my order? +

What happens if my order is delayed or lost? +

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in unused condition with their original packaging.
